This is the beginning of several things that are happening in my life right now; thus the title. This is my first blog. This is the beginning of my quilting business. AND, just maybe, this is the beginning of my retirement. I have enjoyed reading many terrific blogs. A number of them have activities that can be participated in provided you attach your blog. So now I have a blog to "attach".
I am going to collect pictures of my quilts and get them posted as soon as I learn how to do it. I also want to learn how to attach my favorite blogs and to customize my blog. I am going to use this blog as a place to record my quilting projects. Right now I am working on a water quilt for my daughter. It doesn't have a name yet and is not even finished but it is made from batiks in shades of blue, green, and purple. It will eventually have appliqued fish floating on it. Enough for now, I'm going to go down and work on this quilt.
